ADRA Mongolia
ADRA Mongolia has been working with the communities of Mongolia since 1994. In 2008, ADRA Mongolia now employs nearly 100 staff across the country. ADRA Mongolia ultimately is governed by a ‘Board of Directors’ made up of suitably qualified individuals based in Ulaanbaatar, Seoul and Bangkok The Board gives authority and management responsibility to the Country Director, Finance Director and Programs Director. The administrative committee and program committee are advisory bodies with authority to act delegated from the board. ADRA Mongolia hires technical and competent professional development individuals to implement its portfolio of projects. The personnel are almost all Mongolian with a few technical advisors sourced from overseas.ADRA Mongolia has some regional offices across the country; with the head office being in Ulaanbaatar
