Job title: Human Resource and Public Relations Officer
Post location: Ulaanbaatar
Post duration: 3 months probation, annual
Job summary: Responsible for ADRA Mongolia’s Human Resource Management and Public Relations.
Responsible to fulfill the following role:

Review, recommend update and maintain human resource policy (Mongolian and English)

Ensure due process in human resource documentation and systems
-
Review and recommend effective human resource systems that support project management
-
Up to date human resource documentation in accordance with Mongolian best practice
-
Agency website updated regularly with current stories, pictures and articles relating to development projects.

Quality and timely distributed internal (Mongolian) and external (English) monthly newsletter and quarterly reports.

Public Relations plan implemented and updated regularly
-
Serve as official translator during Monday meetings and other official functions.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor degree in human resource management
o Attains education or training in Public relations
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o Excellent written and spoken English and Mongolian
o Accomplished computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, In Design and Photoshop)
o Must adhere to ADRA’s mission and working principles
